Advances (cash given, recoverable from wages)

When you give cash advance to a worker (medical, festival, family emergency), log it here. The outstanding balance carries forward — when you settle their weekly wages, you can deduct any amount toward recovery.

For age cohorts within a block — e.g. 1200 mature robusta + 500 from 2018 replant — add separate entries with the same type, different planted year and notes. Track robusta, arabica, pepper, arecanut, avocado, silver oak — anything that grows on your estate.
